Hurricane Beryl, a powerful storm that wreaked havoc across parts of the Caribbean, left many families and communities in desperate need of assistance. Francine Collette, Regional Director of Jani-King of Southern British Columbia, and Franchise Owners Kerena Henry and Janna Meston were proud to participate in a community-driven fundraising initiative to help those impacted by the storm.
Organized by Project 1000, the Jamaica Hurricane Relief Drive raised funds through a BBQ and yard sale. “The outpouring of support from our local community has been heartwarming,” shares Francine. “The funds raised will go towards essential supplies including food, water, and shelter for those affected by Hurricane Beryl. Every dollar makes a difference, and Jani-King of Southern British Columbia is proud to help.”
