During our relationship with Jani-King, I can only think of a couple of minor concerns that we have had, however as soon as the concern was brought up, it was corrected immediately. Normally if we notice an oversight, we communicate directly with the cleaners through the provided communication booklet, however it is comforting to know that should we encounter a major concern, they have an available support staff to accommodate us.

We see the Operations Manager, Rex, approximately once a month. He is always pleasant to work with and ensures never to disrupt our staff whenever he is here. His monthly reviews are quick and efficient, which we highly appreciate. The Regional Director, Thomas, is also wonderful to deal with. When we initially signed up with Jani-King, he made sure to walk us through the dealership to let us know where he found our problem areas to be, they were cleaned within the first week of hiring them. His attention to detail was uncanny and was very much appreciated by us.
