Oscar, a graduate from the University Toronto School of Business, is one of the longest serving employees of Jani-King of Ottawa. Spanning over 24 years, he began as a franchise partner and moved on to become an Operations Manager and eventually the Director of Operations in 2012.

Over the years, Oscar has amassed a great deal of experience in commercial cleaning, occupational health and safety, franchisee training, management, organizational behaviour and labour efficiency. He currently leads the Operations Team and acts as a main liaison between franchisees and the regional office staff.
