Tom joined Jani-King in 2010 as an Account Executive, soon moved over to an Operations Executive, and was eventually named Director of Operations in 2021. Tom manages a book of accounts including a portfolio in property management. He is also responsible for franchise sales in the Ottawa region, and acts as our resident IT specialist.
