As 2017 came to a close, we were busy preparing for the upcoming year through our annual franchisee development day. The 2017 edition was held at our regional office in Ottawa and welcomed over 60 franchisees looking to grow their business in 2018.
The event featured a number of important topics including the use of technology in the commercial cleaning industry, new and innovative products to improve quality and efficiency of service, compliance with WHMIS/GHS standards and certification, the effects of Ontario Bill 148 on janitorial companies and more. A full afternoon of information and fun left our franchise owners prepared for everything 2018 has to throw at them.
