Halifax, Nova Scotia- The Jani-King system thrives on its ability to provide support and create strong relationships with its franchisees. One way this is accomplished is through Franchise Development Days. Ed McNamara, Regional Director and Master Franchisor for Jani-King of Nova Scotia hosted one of these events on May 23rd with the help of his team Alanna Lambert, Gerry Turnbull, and Kim Westhaver.
The Nova Scotia team invited franchisees to join them for an afternoon of learning, networking, and celebrating each other’s success. The day kicked off with a presentation from Ed, updating everyone on what’s new in the region. Ed spoke about Gerry’s exciting new position in the office, and reminded everyone about the portal resource available to franchisees.
Lana Targett, Patrick Kidson, and Graham Coker from Wood Wyant were also in attendance at this event. Lana, Professional Development Trainer, highlighted several new Ecologo Certified products featured in the Vert-2-Go line. Five lucky franchisees were given a sample of these products to try in their own cleaning. Graham, Account Manager, demonstrated the PW-317. This easy-to-use, single disc polisher efficiently cleans any type of floor. Keeping up with the latest trends in commercial cleaning helps franchisees provide clients with the best service possible.
To honour local franchisees that met or exceeded key performance indicators, Jani-King of Nova Scotia issued two awards. The awards were given in two categories, under $5,000 and over $5,000. Congratulations to this year’s winners!
Jani-King of Nova Scotia would like to thank all the franchisees, staff members, and representatives that attended this event and made Franchisee Day a success.
